About me

I am a social entrepreneur, leadership coach, researcher and organizational consultant specialized in impact-first organizations. With twenty years of experience in leadership positions in entities that strive to make a positive impact on people and planet, my expertise has been built through engagement with a variety of organizations, from non-profits, social businesses and cooperatives to think-tanks and research companies as well as grassroot political groups (more details on my background). 

Throughout the years I have learnt that leadership transcends traditional boundaries and manifests in every part of our lives. “Career coaching” or “leadership coaching” cannot be addressed in isolation. We are whole people and any change process happens when we are willing to bring in not only our cognitive problem-solving capacities, but also our emotional, somatic, relational and even spiritual dimensions. That’s why I have chosen to be certified as an Integral Coach. You may come to me asking for a “software update” and we might end up changing your operating system!

As a member of a cooperative specialized in educational board games, I can also offer play as a tool for self-exploration as well as social change. 

Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish, I can coach in any of these languages. I am based in Rome, Italy but interested in coaching people in any part of the world.
